Silas is the AI assistant built into Trellis. After the group meets, the leader writes a few lines; Silas reads them into attendance, the guest, the prayer request and next week’s passage, and waits. The leader presses Done.
A leader opens Trellis on Tuesday and gets one button: take roll, or write it up. A volunteer gets the question and two answers. The office’s reports stay on the laptop. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.

Trellis started because we became small group leaders and wanted something easier than the spreadsheet and the group text. So we built one. It grew into the office’s side too, one room at a time, and each room was built the way the first one was: like a well-kept book, not a dashboard.
